HOBBIES

Drumming: jamming with my band(s), or just random people is always fun. Also playing live is one of the most exhilarating feelings I’ve ever experienced.

Computers: Since I got a wacom tablet, digital drawing had become one of my biggest hobbies. Also, writing midis, making computer games, and editing film projects are very fun activities. Late night film project crams are some of the best.

Drawing: before I started drawing often on the computer, I sketched all the time, and still often do. Though I usually then transfer my work to a digital format.

Listening to music: Music is like the best thing EVER! I pretty much listen to music all the time, and I like mostly rock and experimental music, and lean more towards underground stuff. A general rule of thumb would be that if its played on the radio I probably HATE it along with much classic rock and country, although the new-age country music I can handle (or am forced to)… I tend to get stuck on one band at a time, listening to EVERYTHING by that band perhaps several times before moving on to the next…

Going to concerts: in addition to playing live myself, I always love to go see my favorite bands, knowing they have an awesome show in store.

Making stuff: I like to fashion custom items for myself and others. Some of my current inventory of items includes a custom Monopoly board, pair of sun-glasses, book cover, several clay figurines, and also hemp necklaces.

Movies: I'd say I have pretty high standards for the types of movies I enjoy much anymore. It seems I either don't care much for a movie at all, or I am thoroughly enthralled by it, and it is this type of movie that I seek out, and eventually add to my small but growing collection of DVDs.

Playing video games: hmm... Super Smash Brother Melee is pretty much the only game I actually play anymore, but video games are a good time.

Photoshoping...
